Ending the year together across our locations in the Netherlands and Poland.<\/p>\n

At the end of the year, colleagues across Axell came together to share a meaningful moment. In both the Netherlands and Poland, all locations marked the season with one shared focus: the Axell Christmas Celebration 2025. Through shared Christmas dinners, we closed the year together, took time to reflect, and celebrated our collaboration as one Axell family.<\/p>\n

Christmas dinner in the Netherlands: coming together as one team<\/h2>\n

In the Netherlands, colleagues from the Etten-Leur and Diessen locations gathered in the evening for a joint Christmas dinner. It was a moment to step away from daily operations, connect with one another in an informal setting, and enjoy good food together. The evening offered space for personal conversations, reflection on the past year, and strengthening the bonds within the team.<\/p>\n

Local Christmas celebrations in Poland<\/h2>\n

In Poland, each location organised its own Christmas dinner. These local celebrations allowed teams to come together in a familiar environment, reflect on the past year, and celebrate the results achieved. At the same time, the connection with the wider Axell Group remained central, reinforcing the sense of togetherness across all locations.<\/p>\n

One intention, multiple locations<\/h2>\n

Although the Christmas celebrations took place at different locations, the intention was the same everywhere: to close the year together, express appreciation for one another\u2019s efforts, and further strengthen collaboration. The dinners provided a moment of calm and attention, right in the middle of a dynamic and often busy logistics environment.<\/p>\n

These moments reflect who we are as a family-owned company. Axell is connected across borders, with respect for local traditions and with people at the centre. We are proud of what we have achieved together this year and grateful for the commitment, flexibility, and dedication of all our colleagues in the Netherlands and Poland.<\/p>\n
