Everyone is equal within our organization. We believe in the power of cultural differences. More than twenty years ago friendship and mutual respect were part of Axell’s foundation in Poland. Our Polish and Dutch colleagues still complement each other and we learn from each other every day. Ethics and cultural diversity are also part of our online training program.
Supporting flex employees
With a warm welcome, 24/7 support, safe transport to and from work, and a great home base, we go the extra mile for our (temporary) employees. This way we make sure that our people feel welcome and are motivated in the workplace.
Axell Employment supports transport from the home country, migration procedures, insurances, tax matters, but also medical appointments. Our own facility teams take care of the maintenance of all residential locations. This allows us to guarantee good quality residential locations. We also assist with transport from the residential location to work and we have our own fleet of vehicles that our flex employees can use. In addition, we provide social activities, to encourage fun outside working hours. Every Axell flex employee is supported by a permanent coordinator, who is available 24/7 and who speaks his/her native language.
Since 1999 we have been active in the international labor market; therefore we are highly aware of legislation, finances and all practical aspects of labor migration. We are a member of ABU and OKAP, the most important trade associations in the Netherlands and Poland.
