In 2004, along with the development of the Axell Group in Poland and the establishment of Axell Employment, Axell Financial Services (AFS) was established with its registered office in Skierniewice. The original name of the Company was ManSer (Management Services) for management services, but with the rebranding of the Group in 2016 it was renamed Axell Financial Services.
The company acts as a shared services center in the Axell Group, and its main tasks are accounting, HR and payroll services, tax settlements, financial controlling, legal assistance, GDPR, secretarial services, administrative services, fleet management of company cars.
In 2009, the Management Board decided to expand its activities also for external clients. The company acquired international clients from the trade and service sectors. Also support in launching companies in Poland and servicing international clients are a special area of interest for AFS.
AFS has extensive experience in providing HR and payroll services to temporary employment agencies. In 2015, they therefore became the point of contact for Polish temporary workers working for Axell Employment in the Netherlands. For these temporary workers, AFS also did part of the payroll. At the peak of Axell Employment’s development, the Company provided services to about 2500 temporary workers, most of them foreigners.
With the start of Axell Transport Poland in 2022 and the development of its own fleet, AFS has expanded its services to include HR services for transport companies and payroll settlement for Polish and international drivers.
Currently, around 20 AFS specialists provide in particular support to Axell Logistics companies, which can focus on developing the core business of the Axell Group – logistics, warehousing and forwarding.
