Yesterday, we were affected by a fire at our premises on Hermelijnweg in Etten-Leur.
Our top priority right now is to ensure the resumption of operations for the customers located at the affected site. This process will take several days.
In parallel, we are working on the replacement and restoration of the building and equipment. While carrying out these activities, we are doing everything we can to monitor and uphold all safety measures for everyone involved.
We are also very relieved that our warehouses on the opposite side of Hermelijnweg were not affected. All operations at these locations are continuing as usual, in the way our customers are used to. We are grateful to our employees for their flexibility and strong commitment during this time.
We would also like to once again thank all emergency services, both directly and indirectly involved, for their efforts in responding to the large fire that impacted part of our site.
We are overwhelmed by the immense number of messages of support we have received over the past days through various channels. The countless words of encouragement from our employees, fellow companies, suppliers, neighboring businesses, and support partners have meant a lot to us.
